   No caps, still non-exclusive. Freedom without exclusive pricing.

   Exclusive rights

   The beat comes off the market. Negotiated directly, existing leases stay valid.

Do I need to credit Beats by Shaz?

Yes. Prod. by Beats by Shaz in the title or description wherever the song appears. It is in every license and it is how artists find the catalog.

What happens if I pass my streaming cap?

Nothing scary, but you need to upgrade to the next tier or to unlimited. Email info@beatsbyshaz.com and the upgrade is priced minus what you already paid.

Where are the actual contracts?

Every tier's full contract is readable on the BeatStars store before purchase, and your copy is emailed as a PDF the moment you buy.
